After reaching out to Hyundai Warranty for their help, The $400 was returned to me from Napelton after Hyundai Warranty intervened. The repairs for the rattle under the driver side front wheel well was covered under warranty as poor workmanship. I also had a back door that occasionally wouldn't shut, which was also a warranty issue. They opened and shut the door several times and could not duplicate the problem, but is still an issue. The charges for the service was $200 for the nut and bolt and $200 to open and shut the door for a total of $400 (just to clarify).
