Joe i appreciate your response and i am sorry that my review was so negative but it is truly how i felt about my experience. I also appreciate you asking to work with me on this, but i did find a 2012 optima SX with about the same amount of miles yesterday that i bought. i think that if i had worked with someone else that day. i would have more than likely brought a car home from you guys instead of going elsewhere. i am not the type to get pushed to do something i do not feel is right for me, and i just did not feel like i trusted hector while making this decision. thank you for your time.
