After having been apart of numerous sales through this dealer i was very grateful toward this dealer. About this time last year i was kicked out by a former sales manager for what im not quite sure. I dec dealer i was very grateful toward this dealer. About this time last year i was kicked out by a former sales manager for what im not quite sure. I decided to give it one last shot yesterday and i have to say i was taken care of well. On his first day at this dealer Jay was able to help me explain exactly what i was looking for and made it known that if it didnt work so be it. It was very straight forward and thats how this process should be. Once i got into finance Nate really helped explain everything i was getting aswell as every break down on numbers that i asked about. Andre stuck in there and made sure i was taken care of through his higher ups. Overall i can say that this business has made up for past terrible employees and i would not hesitate to refer them to any of my friends or family that may be interested in a new or used car. More

We did not have a good experience here. We went to look at a Telluride and were told to expect to pay $9-10k over the MSRP. Then when we said no, we were offered to go back and look at a lo We went to look at a Telluride and were told to expect to pay $9-10k over the MSRP. Then when we said no, we were offered to go back and look at a lower price. It felt shady and I wasn't comfortable continuing to work with sales person. If they would have honored the sticker price we would have left today with a car, but we felt like we were being taken advantage of. Overall, a disappointing experience at this dealership. It seems like we ended up with a bad salesperson and experience here. More
