My vehicle had only 9,291 miles at this point in time. My Kia manual state: " If you notice your vehicle vibrating when driving on a smooth road, your wheels may need to be balanced." I did not have any vibration when driving and did not see a need to have wheels balanced. Since service did not do any testing for vibration or out of balance of wheels I felt that service was trying to have me do unnecessary service. TO RED FLAG my vehicle for this is uncalled for.
