Terrible Experience I live in Texas and I was shopping K900 on line. I found a vehicle that I like with the color and the price from Napleton's Kia. MSRP was $65,215 and I live in Texas and I was shopping K900 on line. I found a vehicle that I like with the color and the price from Napleton's Kia. MSRP was $65,215 and sale price was $53,874. I clicked and requested "Get Nepleton price" on Sep/02/2019. Subul Baig emailed me back same day with new lower price of $48,774 along with the vehicle's information. I liked the deal and I was trying to get the deal with Kia's 0% 75moths offer ending Sep/03/2019. Subul did not reply with final answer on the day. After I waited all next morning which is last day of Kia's deal. I had to call Subul to try to finish the deal, she did not answer, I left message. After I waited another couple of hours I called again to talk to her, now they said she has gone for the day. So I had to talk to someone else, Elizabeth Guzman, she also made me wait another couple of hours. I called again. Elizabeth said "Have you try to buy K900 from your local dealer? Our price we quoted was only for Illinois resident and our promotion ended last weekend. So now your price will be MSRP $65,215" But Subul quoted price on Monday. I know that was all lie. Probably Nepleton gave me the price too low and now they don't want to sell it at that price. I understand anyone can make mistake but then they should've admit their mistake and just apologize. Instead, Nepleton just made me wait and wait until I lose opportunity to get the Kia's 0% deal (Actually I was talking to two other dealers until I started contact Nepleton). More

After driving 4.5 hours to the dealership, sales person Monica added in a protection and conditioning fee of $1395. She stated this fee is on all used vehicles. There was also “fees” over $700 additionally, making the vehicle over $13000 before tax, title & license. Monica’s excuse was that Elizabeth was in internet sales and doesn’t know what she is doing. I was really surprised that this dealership was dishonest and used sleazy tactics you would expect at a buy here, pay here dump of a dealer. Never again will I make the mistake of a car sales person’s word again. Stay away from this place. More
