I was looking to possible look at the car I wanted and try it out but he just said your not a sale and no money for me so he said forget you and moved on. Bad reputation. More

He listened to us as we told him what we were interested in. We made our choice and he accompanied us on our test drive while explaining all the features of our purchase. He was very patient with us as well, as neither of us is well versed in technology. Kyle followed up with a personal call to make sure we were satisfied. All in all, a very good experience. More

xxxxxxxx and Scammers This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with, and I've bought over a dozen cars over the past 38 years. They listed a used car for a reasonable p This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with, and I've bought over a dozen cars over the past 38 years. They listed a used car for a reasonable price, I scheduled a test drive and afterwards agreed to sit down and make a deal. They tried just about every dirty trick in the book, starting with adding a huge fee on the listing price -somewhere close to $2k- for advertising and inspection fees (this made up fee was in addition to tax, title and license), and then told me they could knock off $1k so that the price I was starting with was already $1k over their advertised price, and they pretended they were giving me a deal! He kept running back and forth to talk to the sales manager who he claimed was getting angry at them for even asking for such a low price (another well known salesman tactic) and then claimed the lowest they could go was $500 OVER the listing price online. By this point, I had wasted over 2 hours there, between the test drive and their dishonest sales tactics and I decided to leave. They literally chased me out to my car to come back in and make a deal. Sorry, but I wouldn't ever deal with these liars and hustlers (who were also very patronizing and sexist, I might add - calling me "sweetheart" and "honey" in a demeaning way). I ended up going to a different dealer who gave me a great deal on a car without the hustles and hassles and they treated me with respect. I will never buy a car from any Napleton dealership EVER and have told everyone I know about my experience. I know I'm not the only one so I recommend people do their due diligence and really, really think twice about shopping here, there are plenty of other dealerships in the Chicago area. More
