The manager that decided NOT to honor this deal didn't even have the decency to come out of his office to talk to me directly. Felt bad for the staff member he sent out to talk to me. More

The only reason we didn’t rate this as a great experience was because of Chris in finance. He screwed up the paperwork after making us sit there until 10:30 p.m. He asked us to return the next day and ask for him. He wasn’t there, another person helped us and as predicted, the paperwork was mixed up, STILL. We left with partial paperwork and are still waiting for the rest. More

Most dishonest dealership ever I will never ever step into this dealership again; the most dishonest and corrupted sales dept. I have ever encountered. I went it to look at a 2019 R I will never ever step into this dealership again; the most dishonest and corrupted sales dept. I have ever encountered. I went it to look at a 2019 Ram and a 2018 F150. I finally decided on the Ram . To my surprise, the sale price as MUCH more than the advertised price! They added so many fees and $1300 Napleton package which they insisted i must take since it came with all cars. Seriously? I finally managed to get it down to something reasonable with the Sales Manager. And now the finance dept. They added everything back on and said they can't fix this because this was agreed to by the Sales Manager who by now has gone home and unreachable. And at 10:30 at night i felt I was held captive and after arguing another hour, brought the price down a little bit. False advertisement..i am hoping some attorney walks in and end up suing this xxx dealership. Stay away...stay away More
