I would first like to say that I've been buying a car for over 40 years and I've never experienced anything like this before, I found a used vehicle at this location and agreed to the price and the Taxand do over 40 years and I've never experienced anything like this before, I found a used vehicle at this location and agreed to the price and the Taxand doc fees but the item that shocked me the most was that I needed to buy the Napleton experience (I never heard of this). The experience is a one-year unlimited service, Windshield replacement, and Key Fab replacement, I told the person that I don't live here and I will make my purchase virtual and pick up my vehicle once completed. This was so out of character for any dealership and they should have their licenses revoked for this type of behavior. Regards, Randy Koslen More
