Jenna Brennalt is the service advisor assigned to me after a previous one used my signature to approved some services, that’s ilegal by the way. Well, this Jenna is the worst person I’ve ever encountered in this place. She has no consideration at all, I had an appointment to update the system and when the date came she said NO and no explanation at all. Now I am dealing with the paint since 2024 and that year I have gone 3 times and she turned me away. This year in May I made the appointment she took the pictures, which she didn’t remember now, well everything was approved, I talked to Judy who told me everything is ok just call Jenna and she will have everything ready for you but it will be in October 14th. I call Jenna and everything is good, I thought well finally! Then in August I called Jenna to check that everything is good, of course she said yes… Then October 14th came; Yeah I went there and Jenna said she needed pictures for approval and I couldn’t not leave the car she will contact me. I wrote to the talk to the boss (there is no boss by the way) someone reached out to me Nicolina she said she personally handle this matter and set everything for today Wednesday October 22nd and Jenna is off a lady (very nice) called her well, Jenna didn’t remember. Nicolina is nowhere to be found and can somebody help me and let me know what should I do now??? More
had a very disappointing experience at Napleton Hyundai. The staff was completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I came by this morning to drop my vehicle off to be repainted for warranty iss The staff was completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I came by this morning to drop my vehicle off to be repainted for warranty issues. The woman behind the service desk was too busy to on her phone to notice I was there. I let her know I was dropping my car off she rudely put her hands in my face and told me to move my car. When she finally met me outside she was aggressive. Insisting that she wouldn’t be able to help me unless I knew the person who was handling my case. I did not. I asked her to use my vin or phone number to look up my case number. I was confused why that wasn’t an option earlier. When she located my information she told me, Jenna was my service advisor and to “get up and go over there” I was in shock. All I had to do was drop my keys off and everything was too much to ask for from this woman. I asked to speak to brian the manager and she told me I wouldn’t be able to because he was in a meeting. Yesterday I spent 25 minutes on the phone begging associates to tell me how long my car would be in the shop because I needed to know if I needed a rental. I was shuffled between 8/9 people who didn’t answer one question and just sent me along to someone else. I wasn’t greeted by anyone who knew what I was talking about, I’d explain myself and be transferred to someone saying “Hi” - I’d explain myself again, and be transferred once again to repeat that cycle. When someone finally took a message, they said Brian the service manager would return my call shortly and let me know those things. Apparently he’s the only one in the office that can answer that question. To make matters worse, the gentleman on the phone told me my car would be REPAINTED AND READY FOR PICKUP by the end of day, tomorrow the latest. So imagine my shock and dismay when Brian finally sees me today and lets me know I’ll be without a car or way to work for one week. I was given conflicting information, treated with a lack of respect, and felt like my time was not valued. It seemed like no one there was on the same page or even interested in helping. I expected a much higher level of customer service from a dealership, and unfortunately, this visit left a bad impression. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a straightforward, respectful experience. More
On August 26, 2023 I came in to this Dealership, which is the worse Dealership in Palm Beach County. Where do I start, I came in for a simple oil change and rotation of my tires which I paid for I only got and oil change not the rotation so I told them they said that they don't change tires that that used but didn't tell me before taking my monies. this is a brand new car one owner I take good care of my car so the advisor told me that I need a oil cap for my 2022 Sonata no lights or nothing came on my dashboard or alerted me from Blue link app then we left driving home all of a sudden my engine light comes on I call these ppl it's the senor for my (R) tire these ppl don't know what they are doing, they are the rudest, management in service will not help you told me to come back on Monday and Monday is a Holiday Sept 5 Labor Day. Lack of empathy or understanding. Customers are expected to understand the issues that the dealer is going thru with not enough techs or service associates. The manager quickly gives Customers are expected to understand the issues that the dealer is going thru with not enough techs or service associates. The manager quickly gives you your keys back and tells you to leave. No buying a Genesis due to the lack of customer service. Hopefully, customer service engagement will change for the better. More
I wasn’t sure what to expect upon arrival, but after getting there I was immediately put at ease. Staff was friendly and accommodating, price was fair, and the time to complete my vehicle was faster tha getting there I was immediately put at ease.
