I must state emphatically that this dealership gave me the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had.Starting with the meticulously clean and bright showroom. I was lead to a salesperson named Dmitr the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had.Starting with the meticulously clean and bright showroom. I was lead to a salesperson named Dmitri Noel who made me feel like a valued customer and not a Dollar sign .He was caring ,articulate and well dressed.He was an all around nice person.When he needed help to secure a better price for me, he introduced me to David Oshry,a manager.We all sat down together and went over all the figures.David was very accommodating and I felt he bent over backwards for me.I purchased the car andI felt really good about the entire experience.I had a few minor issues in the next few days and returned to the dealership.I met the General Manager,Lou Perri who stopped what he was doing to speak to me. This was an experience I was not use to,in an after sale situation.He personally assured me that all my concerns would be met and he kept his word.Mr Napleton thank you for having the foresight to hire such a Great caring staff Regards ,your new customer.Frank More

Bait and switch alert! Be aware from these scam artists! They told me over the phone that the price will be 21k after all fees when I arrived to the dealership the price magically raised to $29.5k which is They told me over the phone that the price will be 21k after all fees when I arrived to the dealership the price magically raised to $29.5k which is higher than the car brand new. Garret should be fired, and it’s illegal practice under the “auto fraud” law. Charges will be pressed against these con artists. More

The salesman Derrick was excellent. Dealership wasn't. Prices were different than advertised online (bait and switch). Several of the vehicles I saw listed on the website were not available at the dealer Prices were different than advertised online (bait and switch). Several of the vehicles I saw listed on the website were not available at the dealership. When I set my appointment I let the scheduler know what specific vehicles (with vin number) I was interested in. Once I did find a vehicle no insurance company was able to find the vin number in their system causing additional delays in the process. What I anticipated being a quick and seamless process ended up costing me time and money. Derrick was the only reason I didn't walk out and take my business elsewhere. At the end I did get a vehicle that met my needs after over 6 hours. More
