I came into the dealership today and they wanted to tack on $3,000 worth of repairs, even tho the car w Bait and switch on an internet posted vehicle. I came into the dealership today and they wanted to tack on $3,000 worth of repairs, even tho the car was under warranty and supposedly never in a wreck, that they neglected to reflect in the advertised price and refused to eat that cost. Scam. The finance guy, Brian, was flippant about the situation and never even apologized. He went as far as to say they aren't responsible for errors on their own website. False advertising. Never again. I also think it's interesting that their Facebook rating is 2.7 stars and 4.7 on this website. Hmmm. Interesting. More

I was greeted with a smile by salesperson Gregory Robertson, he really was a welcoming person. He asked questions to determine my needs in my next purchase of a vehicle.......Gregory really knows his products! He proceeded to offer me a coffee as he pulled up the perfect vehicle that suited my needs perfectly! We took a test drive and he explained ALL the wonderful features of the Sonata....when we returned back to the dealership he introduced me to the customer relations woman Rosie....I could not have been more impressed by both of there welcoming smiles and enthusiasm for me!! I could go on and on about these 2 employees.....definitely wonderful assets to the Napleton TEAM! A big THANK YOU to them both. More
