Exciting and Refreshing!!! I have to say, I LOVE how this dealership made sure to follow up with me and get in contact with me as soon as they received my internet inquiry. I was contacted by this very welcoming employee by the name of Dannielle J. and received such great help in choosing a car suitable for me and the kids that i had to leave my positive feedback with those of you who are new to this company. Dannielle J. is a GREAT phone representative and i felt that she actually cared about making sure the i find the right car for us and the "kiddos" (me and the children) for the right price and i think we found it for sure! Im very excited!!! Dannielle J. even introduced me to the VIP manager Kerry Ann! She was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable and engaged in our conversation which made me comfortable with my choice of new wheels! The Napleton Group should definetly be happy to have such a welcoming manager like Kerry Ann and their employee Dannille J.. 5 Stars from me!!!
