Very Patient I went to the dealership 3 times before deciding which vehicle to purchase. Marcus and other salespeople were willing to sit with me and address my c I went to the dealership 3 times before deciding which vehicle to purchase. Marcus and other salespeople were willing to sit with me and address my concerns, not just about Hyundai, but other makes as well. I never felt pressured and I never felt that if I didn't purchase my car from them, that they would be upset with me. I so appreciate that kind of salesmanship - especially in a person of Marcus Jefferson's 'youngness'. The store manager, Joel, was always respectful and considerate.
