Is a dealership Experience was good, but we have had better experience in other dealerships. After reviewing the finance documents we felt like the paper work was no Experience was good, but we have had better experience in other dealerships. As an example the finance guy told us that he was giving us 3 years maintenance with synthetic oil, but the papers stated semi-synthetic. These are details that prevent the customer to referr more customers to this dealership. More

On the other hand, Eduardo Hernandez was very unpleasant to work with. Specifically, (1) Eduardo Insisted that it was an absolute requirement that I bring him the title to my trade-in, a 2007 Honda Civic, a week before our new car would be ready. This necessitated an 80-mile round trip from our home in Boca Raton to Napleton. We found out later from Jon White, the Sales Manager, that this was an unnecessary trip, since Napleton could not sell the Honda Civic until our deal on our new car purchase of a 2017 Hyundai Elantra had been completed. (2) We had asked Eduardo on several occasions to please call us when our car was ready for pickup. Eduardo never called us. We had to call & E-Mail the Sales Manager, Jon White, to obtain that information. (3) We had an 11 AM appointment with Eduardo on Thursday, August 25th to pick up the car. Eduardo advised us that he would be waiting for us and that we would be in and out within 1/2 hour! When we arrived at 11 AM as scheduled, Eduardo was unavailable but thankfully, we were lucky to be helped by a gentleman named William Calhoun III. Moreover, we were at the dealership for 2 hours not 1/2 an hour--the 2 hours was OK, considering the amount of paperwork and last minute car prep which had to be done. More

I love this location and very happy I came here! The finance man was hilarious! Totally worth "signing you life away" while listening to his jokes!!!
