Finance department did not meet expectations Finance department, and whomever is in charge of keeping track of keys to vehicles, did not meet expectations. I was there (for 5 hours) on Friday. Af Finance department, and whomever is in charge of keeping track of keys to vehicles, did not meet expectations. I was there (for 5 hours) on Friday. After finally finding a vehicle that fit my budget, no one in the dealership could find the key. So I had to come back on Saturday (and wait for finance dept for another 4 hours) when they cut the key, to do financing paperwork. This put the cutting of check behind, and falling on a non business day. Now my old Loan still hasn't been paid off, the former bank drafted the charge, and since I had used the money left in the account to pay the down payment for the lease, I did not have the additional payment in the account. My bank has also now charged me a $29 overdraft fee. As a single, pregnant mom this is unacceptable. I had already agreed to a payment of $60 more than I wanted to pay when I came to browse. I am also upset that Hyundai doesn't include any maintenance in their leases. To drive off the lot with a $32K car, and be expected to pay for the lease terms maintenance is a little appalling. When the lease is up, I will be switching to a car brand that includes all the maintenance. Thankfully the salesman was friendly, or I would probably have walked away from the entire sale at that point (in finance department) More
