So we moved up a level and test drove once again and I was much happier. I had a price point in my head and the first offer was a little above it, so I mentioned my bottom line and Frank came back and matched my offer. One quick negotiation and were sealed the deal, That was good. Waiting about his desk for at least 45 minutes to finalaize the numbers with the finance man was not acceptable to me. Yes someone was in there ,, but clearly was using more than her fair share of time. That time would have been better spent have the car fully explained to me instead of my having to pore over the manual to learn what I should have been shown had we not been late for meeting friends for dinner. More
