We decided to give it one more shot at Napleton and were very glad we did. Greg is a perfect candidate for the sales position. We felt he was on our side of the table when it came to negotiating the finance and he stood firm for our needs. His lightly salted hair gives the appearance that he is young enough to relate to us, but old enough to have the experience we were looking for. After such a bad experience in Delray we were obviously frustrated and Greg really answered all of our needs and even gave us free tint which really made us feel that he genuinely wanted us to be excited for our purchase. Greg's knowledge of the vehicle as well as his intimate knowledge of all things related to bagels were very nice to see. Not only did we get the car and the price we wanted, we got as many bagels as we could eat. More
