7 hour waiting experience and they have not begun the work I arrived at 9:30 am with an internet appointment. I was going to wait for my 4 hour steering repair yet after hearing about 2 hour oil changes, I took advantage of their free shuttle to my office. At 3:30 I called my "service Rep" Daileen and she connected me to someone who wanted to sell me tires and fix for my brakes. THEY HAD NOT STARTED on my steering wheel repair, that was fully paid by my extended warranty with no deductibles. Could they have called me? I have just spoken at length with the Service Director, Robb who has scheduled me to come in again on Wednesday once the part arrives. More

The salesman, Frank D'Arrigo was great and it was a pleasure working with him. He was friendly, informative and worked with us to get us what we wanted. The same can be said about finance manager Jamel Black. He was instrumental in helping us to decide to purchase our first Hyundai and just as before, was very helpful. We always make it a point to stop in and spend time with Jamel whenever we go to the dealership for whatever reason. More

I took my car in for service for a warranty problem and an oil change. I was promised a loaner. When I arrived which was a bit late on a Saturday morning I reminded her of the loaner, she found one for me an oil change. I was promised a loaner. Jenna called a couple hours later saying my car was ready and I could come and pick up my car that day or Monday morning. I am in the service business also, and good customer service is becoming a lost art in this busy world of "number crunching". I hope you recognize the value you have in this employee.
