AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO THE CORPORATE SITE OF BOTH LINCOLN AND NAPLETON IN CHICAGO WE FINALLY GOT SATISFACTION ON WHAT STARTED OUT AS A DISTURBING USED CAR SALE. MAIN PROBLEM - WE WERE SWEARED TO THAT LINCOLN AND NAPLETON IN CHICAGO WE FINALLY GOT SATISFACTION ON WHAT STARTED OUT AS A DISTURBING USED CAR SALE. MAIN PROBLEM - WE WERE SWEARED TO THAT WE HAD A 6 YEAR PRE-OWNED RAP AROUND SERVICE ON THE 2008 CAR. NOT TRUE - OVER 3 YEARS HAD ALREADY BEEN USED...'WE WERE SERIOUSLY MISLEAD'...WE WERE NOT GETTING ANYWHERE UNTIL I CALLED LINCOLN SERVICE AND THEY EVENTUALLY GAVE US A PERK AS THEY BELIEVED US IMMEDIATELY - HOWEVER NORTHLAKE NAPLETON FINALLY CAME AROUND WHEN I FINISHED TALKING TO NAPLETON CORPORATE AND RETURNED SOME MONIES TO US AND THEN WERE MORE THAN DIFFERENTIAL...THE MANAGER DID FINALLY ADMIT TO OUR BEING LIED TO AND SAID 'PERSONS INVOLVED NO LONGER WORKED THERE'...WE WILL NOT BEING GOING BACK FOR SERVICE OR ANYTHING ELSE THERE - HOWEVER WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE CAR WE PUCHASED... More

When I pulled onto Napleton's lot I was on the phone with my son. As I parked my car Todd was standing outside as though he was waiting just to serve me.
