Joe made the process so seamless for us despite Napleton's Palatine Subaru! Everyone I met here during this process had been so friendly and helpful. Joe made the process so seamless for us despite us having to do a lot of the process remotely. He was extremely communicative and knowledgeable and was able to help us find the perfect car for our needs within a few days of our initial contact with him. When I went to pick up the car, he spent time with me going through all the features so I felt extremely comfortable with my way around the car by the time I left the lot.
