They made the whole process super easy, even with my unique situation in which I needed to get a car but was moving out of state. Everything was totally transparent, and everyone was super helpful.

I took my car in for a check engine light. The service writer told me that the tcv needed replacing and it was covered under an extended warranty because it was a known issue. I picked up my car and even more lights were flashing on my dash. I went right back in and I was told that now the problem is the dynamic control sensor which was caused by me being late on an oil change two oil changes ago. They told me now I need to pay to get the oil flushed and changed, and I need to make an appointment and come back, meanwhile I get 15 MPS (usually 28) and the car runs awful. No one was helpful explaining how it was fine before they changed the oil. I do not recommend this service department
