Spoke with Chris the used car manager before arriving to dealership. He made sure to make me feel comfortable enough to come in from Naples, they had the vehicles I called in for ready and also let me know dealership. Agreed on a price over the phone with a salesperson "Scott" ($10,741 + taxes + registration + $899 dealer fees). The dealer said that they are not like other dealers and like to be fully transparent be "Scott" ($10,741 + taxes + registration + $899 dealer fees). I test drove the car with a salesperson "Jason" (who was great). Dealer added $1287 "reconditioning" and $1395 "Napleton Experience". Manager agreed to remove $1287 for reconditioning, but said they didnt care if Scott forgot to include the $1395 for "Napleton Experience", and to take it or leave it. More

I give Napleton Palm Beach Acura 0 Stars! I called them ad emailed them about an Acura RDX that is still showing up on every car website that is non-existent. I scheduled an appointment. I drove an hour ad emailed them about an Acura RDX that is still showing up on every car website that is non-existent. I scheduled an appointment. I drove an hour to get there for my scheduled appointment and the car didn't exist. First it was already sold and then I was told it was sold a few weeks ago. So why wasn't I told that on the phone when I scheduled the appointment or when they text me 3 times to make sure I was still coming. They even sent me a video of the exact car I was supposed to see. The car is still being advertised as for sale! False Advertising at it's Best!!! More
