Went in for a simple oil change, check tire pressure and tire rotation in preparation for an upcoming road trip. Tires were not rotated but I was still charged for rotation. When I got home, I looked at the tire rotation in preparation for an upcoming road trip. Tires were not rotated but I was still charged for rotation. When I got home, I looked at the bill and found the bogus charge. When I called and asked for reimbursement, I had to fill out a form and send copies of my driver license and credit card before I could get my money back. Also, no air was put in tires as requested. When I asked why, I was told the correct pressure would appear once I left the dealership and drove my car. I insisted on the correct tire pressure before I left the dealership, and I had to personally assist in putting air in my tires. All this and they still charged me over $100 for just the oil change!! Put a full price offer to purchase on a car. Got verification of the price and availability via email. Was told someone would call to complete the sale. 24 hours later no one called. Finally, someone from finance called. Told them I wasn't financing. He then laughed and said, " I'll have to find out if we can sell you the car at that price. We work off of Market Price and that was yesterday's price?!" Bizarre. Didn't think I was buying Catch of the Day. Both followed up on my calls and answered all my questions promptly, pleasantly and respected my time. Sales manager Jeff came through on his word. In addition, Ronnie White from the finance dept. was also a pleasure to work with. I had a great experience overall! My third car from Napelton's so far. More

To begin with, he was very welcoming and accommodating! Jeffrey values complete customer satisfaction as his number one priority! He refuses to allow a customer to walk out of the dealership without first ensuring that all issues and concerns regarding the vehicle have been resolved. The integrity of Jeffrey Abramowitz is to be respected and admired! My car buying experience was seamless because of him! Ulyssia Gibbs More

I recently had a disappointing experience with Napleton's Palm Beach Acura, and while I usually avoid negative reviews after giving positive ones, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. In December 20 Palm Beach Acura, and while I usually avoid negative reviews after giving positive ones, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. In December 2022, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Acura TLX for my daughter, only to discover a few days later that the car was not officially certified. This led to frustrating exchanges with Napleton Acura's managers, eventually resulting in me bringing the car back for inspection and certification in January, thanks to the efforts of the Service Manager at the time. During the certification process, several issues were found, including a cracked windshield and a non-functioning rear defroster. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to address these problems before my daughter left for college. The Service Manager assured me they would be fixed when she returned for spring break in March. I reported the rear defroster issue again on January 9, and the Service Manager asked me not to worry, scheduling an appointment for March. To my surprise, when I arrived for service in March, I learned that the Service Manager is no longer with the company, and the new staff had no knowledge of the windshield crack or the defroster issue. After leaving the car overnight, they claimed they couldn't replicate the defroster problem due to a lack of condensation. As for the cracked windshield, they needed approval from new management since the previous Service Manager was no longer there. Despite my attempts to contact the dealership, I received no response until I reached out to the General Manager, who assigned the matter to the new Service Manager. The new Service Manager assured me that everything would be taken care of, instructing me to bring the car back when my daughter returned in May. Although the windshield was replaced, confirming the crack, they refused to fix the defroster, claiming it was functioning properly since they couldn't replicate the issue without condensation. I provided a photo clearly showing the defroster's ineffectiveness, but the new Service Manager shifted blame to the manufacturer, stating this is how all Acura cars are designed. He suggested I contact Acura customer relations to file a complaint since the repair costs wouldn't be covered under warranty without replication. It's crucial to note that I reported these issues from the day of purchase, and the previous Service Manager acknowledged them. However, now that he's no longer with the company, it seems the problem conveniently disappeared. I regret not insisting on proper documentation and relying solely on trust. It's disheartening to experience such a decline in care and attentiveness from the dealership once the sale is complete. In conclusion, my experience with Napleton Palm Beach Acura has been highly frustrating and disappointing. The dealership's failure to address known issues, lack of responsiveness, and attempts to shift responsibility have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I expected better service and a genuine effort to resolve the problems. By sharing my experience, I hope to help others make more informed decisions when considering Napleton's Palm Beach Acura for their automotive needs. More
WHAT IS ATTEMPTING TO BUY AN "ACURA CERTIFIED" USED VEHICLE FROM NAPLETON'S ACURA OF PALM BEACH REALLY LIKE? THEY'RE GOING TO TRY TO STICK YOU WITH NEARLY $6,000 IN EXTRA CHARGES ABOVE THE ADVERTIS VEHICLE FROM NAPLETON'S ACURA OF PALM BEACH REALLY LIKE? THEY'RE GOING TO TRY TO STICK YOU WITH NEARLY $6,000 IN EXTRA CHARGES ABOVE THE ADVERTISED PRICE. I'm posting this in hopes I can help others avoid wasting their time. In short: Napleton's Palm Beach Acura is not truthful with prospective buyers and will not sell vehicles at the prices listed on their website. The prices shown on their website are complete fiction, listed purposely low so they can pull a bait and switch on their customers. I spent the majority of the day today trying to buy a 2022 Acura MDX, listed on their website at $40,995. The first agreement they sent was for $46,671.50, an increase of nearly $6,000 including a 182 point inspection which makes the car "Acura Certified" for $2,495. My question is, if this $2,495 inspection has not been done then why are they listing the vehicle as "Acura Certified?" Is Napleton's Acura falsely claiming their cars are "Acura Certified?" If the $2,495 inspection has already been done , and the vehicle is "Acura Certified," why do I have to pay for it? I'm guessing the inspection has been done but this is just one (OF THE SEVERAL) worthless line items they try to push on unsuspecting customers. I'll skip the rest of the details but the bottom line is I OFFERED NAPLETON'S ACURA OF PALM BEACH THEIR FULL PRICE SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE: $40,995 AND FULL DOC AND DEALER FEES. THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE: "Ben, I went to my manager. But, I think we may be a little too far apart." If you're interested in the charges this dealership is going to try to stick you with once they know you're interested in buying from them see the attachment photo. Listed Below: 🤣 182 Inspection to actually make the car "Acura Certified" as advertised: $2,495 🤣 Doc Fee: $199 🤣 Random Dealer Fee with No Explanation - $899 🤣 Luxcare 6 Yr Plan - Leather Seat Treatment - $799 🤣 Lojack 5 Yr Service - Anti-Theft - $999🤣 And before the dealer comes on and responds with "Everyone does this too" and "It's Industry Standard," I want to ask why you can't be better than everyone else? Why can't Napleton's Acura of Palm Beach be honest and simply post the price in which they would actually sell a car on their website? If anyone knows of an Acura Dealership that is transparent, honest and straightforward with their customers please let me know. I'm looking for a 2022 Acura MDX. More
The worst dealership in the entire state of Florida. they do not care for their customers only with making a sale. Finance Manager Dan tried to sell me a maintenance agreement and lied about the price. they do not care for their customers only with making a sale. Finance Manager Dan tried to sell me a maintenance agreement and lied about the price. Telling me it would only be an additional $20/month when in reality it was $60 a month. If you must use this dealer because unfortunately there aren't many Acura dealers around, make sure you question every number you see because most of those extra charges on your finance agreement will be a last minute cash grab by the dealership. Whatever they couldn't get out of you at time of sale, they will try to slap on in the finance side. I've had issues with my brakes making squealing sounds and they said they would replace the brakes no questions asked and two weeks later, I am still waiting. Driving a brand new 2023 MDX with squealing brakes that I have to drown out by playing music really loud. Yeah, great experience. I wish there was a return policy for cars because in all my years driving, this is my most expensive vehicle and my least favotire. More
