Worst experience. I went in for a recall and asked them if they could also check why my seatbelt light was always on. They never told me they would do a diagnostic tha I went in for a recall and asked them if they could also check why my seatbelt light was always on. They never told me they would do a diagnostic that cost $180.00. They did it without authorization and wouldnt give me my keys until it was paid. Very disrespectful to senior citizens. More

Roberto Ortega helped make the process less painful by being efficient. He is kind, helpful, and highly motivated. The only downside was on the phone they said they’d be willing to negotiate the base pric being efficient. He is kind, helpful, and highly motivated.
