I gave River Oaks CDJR an opportunity to make things right after a disappointing customer service experience. While management eventually offered a 2-year maintenance package, the final agreement fell f right after a disappointing customer service experience. While management eventually offered a 2-year maintenance package, the final agreement fell far short of what was discussed and what I expected as a resolution. The paperwork appears to cover only a limited number of oil changes and tire rotations rather than a comprehensive maintenance package. After the time, frustration, and inconvenience I experienced, I do not feel the resolution adequately addressed my concerns. Customer service is not just about fixing a problem—it’s about restoring trust. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the dealership was more focused on closing the issue than truly making the customer whole. Before agreeing to any dealership “goodwill” offer, I strongly encourage customers to get every promised item in writing and review the agreement carefully before signing. My experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled. More

After replacing Engine Mounts on my 2023 Durango, the service department informed me to pick up my vehicle. While still at the dealership, there was a check engine light on. Service Advisor Dewayne (who service department informed me to pick up my vehicle. While still at the dealership, there was a check engine light on. Service Advisor Dewayne (who was phenomenal) investigated and found the technician had failed to plug in the intake module. Simple fix, plugged it in. I leave. After driving 2 miles, engine began to overheat and battery was draining. I pulled over to look under the hood to find the technician also failed to put the serpentine belt on. So im stuck on the side of the road anyway!!! GLAD I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED MOPAR WARRANTY. Ive had similiar disappointments with Napleton Service. I wont be back. More

I would rate this dealership with a zero if it was possible. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. The mechanics who diagnostic your car are incompetent. They wait until the end of the day to return your call or give you a call back about your truck. Trunk was taken in for needing an alternator replacement. Had to follow up with them multiple times to get the status of the vehicle. Only to get the truck back and it stop due to the alternator not being correctly installed as a result I had to pay to tow my truck back to dealership for them to replace the alternator and a wire. Once I received the truck back after the second alternator being replaced because it shorted out only to find out that now my air conditioner does not work. Now I have to take the truck back and pay for a new compressor that was working fine. After days of waiting yet I again. I’m stuck paying for a compressor and being told 3 different stories about what going on with my truck and what could have happened to the compressor. I can NOT with a good conscious refer this dealership service department to anyone. More
