I walked with my sister hoping to see what we could possibly place on our bucket lists for the near future. Fortunately, we were met by Earnest Norman who was not only very professional but very kind, thoughtful and considerate. His customer service was outstanding! He truly made our visit worth while. I didn't expect to have an opportunity to leave with a vehicle that day but not only did he make that happen for me, my sister did as well! Two 2015 Honda Civic's! Sharp!! But, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Glen Smith. He came out to speak with us and share additional knowledge on our purchases which left us with a very comfortable feeling. His professional and considerate manner also let us know that we were in the right place, working with people that were committed in satisfying their customers. Earnest and Glen are a great asset to Napleton River Oaks Honda Dealership. They're the type of people that will have you returning again and again! Thanks for the wonderful experience! .....P.S. Exceptional Experience I was extremely pleased with my visit to Napleton River Oaks Honda Dealer in Lansing, IL over the Holiday Weekend. My sister and I stopped by hopin I was extremely pleased with my visit to Napleton River Oaks Honda Dealer in Lansing, IL over the Holiday Weekend. My sister and I stopped by hoping to get a good deal. By the time we left, the “good deal “turned into a feeling of accomplishment beyond our expectations! Sales Consultant, Earnest Holmes and New Car Sales Manager, Glen “Ty”Smith went over and beyond being helpful, courteous, professional and accommodating. They showed us they care about people by ensuring we received the very best deal for the very best price!! I felt a real need met a true blessing!! I was beyond pleased and am still smiling because these guys are the best!! More

Once we agreed on a trade-in value for her 2010, she quickly decided on a new 2013 Accord EXL. JP showed her all the new features on the 2013 and made sure to answer all of her questions. He even gave her a nice gift of a USB drive with some great R&B music for her to listen to in the car. He won her over and now I will probably have to buy a car from JP too, or my wife will have something to say about it! More

Awesome! I came to Honda looking for a miracle and Mr. Norman did just that...little do he know I have always wanted a Honda Accord but never thought I would g I came to Honda looking for a miracle and Mr. Norman did just that...little do he know I have always wanted a Honda Accord but never thought I would get it. We sat down with Earnest and the next thing he said let's go outside and pick you a Brand New Accord. He worked it out within my budget and I have been smiling ever since.
