I did reach out to several people at dealership who said they would look into getting me a refund $1600.00; which was dishonestly manipulated out of me by Connor, forcing me to close deal w/o the previously agreed upon offer price to buy my vehicle! To date no one in a decision-maing capacity at dealership has resolved this issue fair and favorably. To add injury to insult; the dealership sold my same vehicle to my neighbor for $10k price, more than what I was swindled into selling vehicle to them for... !
