Willie is a great salesperson OMG!! He made shopping great and wasn't pushy, we were trying to purchase an inexpensive car and ended up with a little more expensive vehicle but it was worth it. I was there to service my 2014 Honda CR-V serviced. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I was Greeted by salesman "Jeffrey Parham" who made me feel comfortable at the show room and showed me around and guided through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and answered all of my questions. Nowdays, it's commonly seen that car salesman just don't do a good enough job and the only objective is to make a sale.But, salesmen like "Jeffrey Parham" delivers an incredible service and give a very pleasant experience. Salesman did not know the product and tried to lie his way thru. Promised I owe items and it's now 11 weeks after the sale and I still don't have these all of the items. Repeated calls aren't returned and promises aren't kept. A real low class operation, especially when they bring another salesman over to talk to them. I felt like I was being interviewed by a state's.attorney. Also watch out for the $910.00 shipping fees on a used car that came from their other dealership only@ miles away. More
