I purchased a 2020 HRV from Salesperson, Jeffery Parham. He was able to meet all of my needs in purchasing a car on-the-spot as my leased auto that I brought in for repairs was going to cost more than I ne He was able to meet all of my needs in purchasing a car on-the-spot as my leased auto that I brought in for repairs was going to cost more than I needed to spend on a 14 year-old car. I have leased four SUVs from this Dealership since 1999 and come there for all of my maintenance. I can call Jeffery (J.P.) for questions and concerns at any time and he returns my calls in a timely manner and is able to provide information to my satisfaction. For all of the above reasons, I referred a senior relative to Jeffery and came with her to the appointment. J.P. successfully addressed my concerns regarding her only wishing to put down the exact amount of money for a down payment that her Insurance Company gave her and that she could afford no more in a monthly payment than she was accustomed to paying. He tried her in an Accord that she wanted to see and evaluated other options to determine how easily she was able to get in and out of the cars (she has Rheumatoid Arthritis). J.P. weighed the pros and cons of purchasing versus leasing for her age, driving habits and fiscal circumstances. He was WONDERFUL!!!! He exhibited patience with her to ensure that she understood everything. My Relative, Karen Miles, purchased a 2020 Honda Accord. I will continue to refer perspective clients to Napleton River Oaks Honda for sales with J.P., repairs with my favorite Mechanic, George and my favorite Service Advisor, Michael S.
