However i was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by the young woman named Elena. She was polite, pleasant and very professional. She took her time in answering all of my questions on the BMW of my interest, she even took the time to send me a personalized video of the car! I came in and Elena and fully prepped the sales manager frank upon my arrival. The car was clean & ready to roll!
