It’s clear from your email that we fell short of the standard you expect from us, and we take full responsibility for the loss of your personal belongings and the inconvenience this has caused. We should have been far more careful with your property and communicated more effectively throughout the process. Your concerns about the lack of clear answers and delays are completely valid, and I assure you this is not reflective of the level of service we aim to provide. To make things right, I would like to offer the following: Compensation for the lost items: We will reimburse you for the $85 you’ve spent to replace the missing items. Assistance with the renewal process: If you’re still facing any difficulties in renewing the stickers or dealing with the City Clerk’s Office, please let us know, and we’ll do everything we can to make that process smoother for you. A formal review of our processes: We will be conducting an internal review to ensure this situation doesn’t happen again and that our team is more mindful of customers' personal items in the future.
