He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and so easy to work with. He really listened to my needs, worked with me to get a great price, and never pressured me into purchasing anything I didn’t want. He treated me like a friend rather than just another customer, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process so easy! Delia in the finance department was also an absolute doll! 🩷 She was just as friendly and easy to work with, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process without any pressure. Took my 2025 Mazda CX-5 Premium plus, in for oil change service was met by David Powers service manager who did the write up. The service was done quickly, and car was even washed. This dealership does not try to sell you things you don't need, maintenance is required to keep your Mazda running for many miles. The dealer experience was great, customer service was phenomenal! Highly recommend this dealership for sales and service absolutely the best!

I was searching online for a vehicle to purchase & handling communications via email, the Autobarn Mazda of Evanston was very attentive to my emails. Jason Harris was quick to respond & provided information I requested. Feel like we could've made a deal, but some of the communication towards the end was not timely and I did make an early offer that was denied but then the vehicle was later listed at the price I offered. In the end, it was meant to be though, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. In the end, the response to my emails & quality of information provided was impressive and I would recommend anyone interested in a vehicle at their dealership to at least reach out & start communication.

My experience with Libertyville Mazda following the purchase of a new vehicle in December 2024 has been profoundly negative and indicative of serious operational shortcomings. Firstly, the Business Manager, Gabriel, failed to provide me with a complete set of contractual documents at the time of purchase. Secondly, I was pressured by Gabriel to purchase additional coverage. I promptly requested the cancellation within one week and received assurances that the necessary paperwork would be processed. However, after three months, I contacted Mazda Finance and the insurance provider and they confirmed that Libertyville Mazda never submitted the cancellation request. This failure to fulfill a basic administrative obligation is deeply troubling. The lack of accountability and the dealership's continued silence regarding the reason for this oversight are unacceptable. To date, no explanation has been offered. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend Libertyville Mazda as a reputable dealership. I strongly advise prospective buyers to exercise extreme caution, particularly regarding any additional coverage offered by the finance department.
