I had been seriously looking for a car for several months and was becoming very discouraged with the whole process, not to mention my husband was getting very tiered of me. Had an unscheduled service issue with turn signals and rear view mirror on my 2010 Impreza. Very friendly staff assisted me right away, and was able to repair the issues promptly. This guy is not very hones. After we finally agreed an On The Road price which is supposed to include everything, he added another $120 on the agreed price claiming some county tax.
