This dealership has always been the best in their service. This last time they were able to coordinate the replacement of a windshield along with normal service that was due. It consolidated my time very efficiently into a single visit and all done in a reasonable time frame. That being stated there was some miscommunication between the parts department and the the service area, I had to pay for the windshield upfront before they would order it, but that info was not known to the service writer, he looked into it and corrected the error.
