While Napleton Dodge Ram Jeep has a great inventory, their service department is a S#!t show when it comes to customer service, communication and knowledge of the service advisors. I had a recall that was scheduled 1st thing in the am, told when ordering the recall part weeks before it was a 3-4 hr job, told again when dropped off. Let them know I needed it back that evening. Called several times during the day. Left voice mail. No call back. Left message for service supervisor, no return call. At almost 6pm got a text saying basically "sorry, tech still working on it. He will be done in the morning" well morning came and went. Called was told my service advisor wasn't in and no other advisor had the time to go check on it. Called service manager again. Left message again. Finally had to uber to the dealer to find out what was going on. They locates the service manager Scott, who gave me a run around and basically said his service advisor have no knowledge of how long service jobs take, only the tech and he does. (UH there are service bulletins on recalls that explicitly give repair time frames) also told no loaners vehicles were available because they were on a 2 week wait list. We'll there was a loaner vehicle on their lot both days. Almost 1pm and still not ready yet. I say if you need anything more difficult than an oil change and you can't talk directly to the tech that is going to work on your vehicle, go elsewhere. I just hope the actually techs/mechanics are good. More

I took my car for repairs and was disrespect by the service advisor and the service manager. After 2 months battling with them, I did not get a rental from them. After the repairs were done, they left service advisor and the service manager. After 2 months battling with them, I did not get a rental from them. After the repairs were done, they left parts loose under the hood, broken parts, they did not explain to me what they did to it, they wanted to charge me for rental vehicle, and after all that, they did not even wash the car as a courtesy to their customer. I called Scott, the service supervisor, and I NEVER got a call back from him. THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE $. Just look at all the “market adjustments” on the lot. To get my wheel alignment and tire rotation, I had to make two trips to this dealership totaling 4 hours, including service. I wasted gas because it’s located 15 miles from my hotel there and back twice. Worst of all, I wasted vacation time. Mindy was the only service advisor to care. She showed empathy and wanted to assist in every way she could. She should be in a management position. True leaders care. No One call me back…. I just called several times now, only to be hung up on or immediately put on hold as they recognized my number. I called from a different number and they answered rather than put me on hold. One of the calls they screamed in the background “stop calling back!” I even asked to speak to manager and one days “he wants to speak to a manager” so then they jus transferred me to Sales Dept and the gentleman that answered responds “oh they transferred you to the wrong department” I will never purchase or get a vehicle serviced here! Horrible car services the mechanic have no idea what is going on with your vehicle I took my car in 5 days after purchasing it spoke with the sales persons and service dept advised them the car was shakin going on with your vehicle I took my car in 5 days after purchasing it spoke with the sales persons and service dept advised them the car was shaking and turn on the engine light. Waited a week to get in to be seen the vehicle had a transmission leak, thermostats went bad and shook horrible. The thermostat was replaced and I was told nothing was wrong with the transmission but I would have to wait 30 days to use the warranty on the vehicle. I waited since I had to get my oils changed around the same time I call and get told 2 weeks out for an appointment I take the vehicle in with a diagnostic of bad motor and transmission mounts which caused the problem. Was told the problem was a cabin air filter. I showed the mechanic where the issue was and what it needed it is still in their shop trying to get fixed the photos that the technician send to my phone clearly show bad mount that’s have nothing to do with a cabin filter they are horrible take your business somewhere else More

Service department sucks! Worst experience ever. Messed up on a recall test twice and then never sent in the results to Jeep head quarters. Now my cars messing up from the oil Worst experience ever. They told me not to use this Kissimmee location for the large amount of issues they receive. Straight from the top. Drive farther for a different location. They also fake reviews on google. Every time they get 1 star reviews they have fake accounts leave reviews that are the same wording. Horrible place. Hope this helps save someone’s car! More
