We decided we wanted the Santa Fe Ultimate in Lava orange and after 11 days and no closer to getting the vehicle in St. Louis we decided to call Napelton's Valley Hyundai in Aurora just outside Chicago. I spoke for about 20 minutes with Goran who verified within a few minutes that they had the Santa Fe Ultimate in Lava orange at a fair price. Goran was pleasant to deal with on the phone, accommodating with pictures of the vehicle and answered my questions about the vehicle. Goran drove to O'hare to meet me and pick me up the next morning with a complimentary beverage in hand to drive me back to the dealership to finish the paperwork. The team at Napelton's were very easy to deal with and made the final process of the vehicle purchase informative and effortless. Best car buying experience ever. Period. Came down to either a Civic SI or an Elantra Sport. I honestly liked the Civic better, but the difference in care, enthusiasm and sincerity that Nizar Came down to either a Civic SI or an Elantra Sport.
