Great service, great experience I’ve bought quite a few cars in my life, and my Dad has bought so many (every 2 years) that I can’t even count. From the minute we walked in, we were treated with courtesy and patience. I’d like to mention that at several dealerships we’d been to prior, it felt like they could have cared less if we walked in and right back out. Which obviously we did. Anyway, I’d already driven several Honda CR-V’s, Ford Edges, Lincoln SUV, etc...My NEW Kona is the perfect vehicle for me. It’s fully loaded and I’m looking forward to figuring it all out. Our salesman, Nazar, was MOST excellent. It takes a lot to impress my Dad and he’s already told several people about our great service. From the General Manager to the Finance guy, (even the other salesman that were there) we were treated like we mattered. That’s rare these days. I’m hoping I’ll love my new Kona so I’ll be a customer for life! They’ll get every referral I can give. Thanks Napleton Hyundai for a great experience! More

Michael Hall and Pedro Rodriguez, took the time to give me all of my options and were never pushy. I didn’t feel pressured. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. Pedro Rodriguez took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as setting up my iPhone to the apple car feature etc. Everything was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. Given her disabilities I was not sure if we would find one that would suit her needs. From the moment we walked in I knew we would have a good experience given the professionalism of all of the above personnel mentioned in this review. I am happy to say, they were very accommodating and patient with us in all aspects, from viewing, test driving, and ultimately the purchase of a new Elantra SEL. The entire process took less than 24 hours and I am confident that the new vehicle is a perfect match for my Mother, she loves it ! Safety being my main concern, along with pricing, I can honestly say, wr are extremely pleased. Great experience, I highly recommend working with the above individuals when looking for a new vechile.
