He was helpful, personable and made the process a snap. We didn't expect to buy a car that day but knew what we wanted. Amazingly, Napleton's just happened to have the EXACT car in stock that we wanted (it was delivered just hours before we walked in!!!). Who knew? We're really happy campers now! Nizar also introduced us to manager Michael Hall who was very nice and it became evident to us what a great, friendly family atmosphere exists here. We felt welcomed, appreciated and there was no pressure. P.S. Nizar also offered to introduce us to the service department while we were there!
