I could not get them to work with me I found a used vehicle online, and was negotiating the terms of the sale via Krystal. Napleton's was arranging the financing for me, and I was contact I found a used vehicle online, and was negotiating the terms of the sale via Krystal. Napleton's was arranging the financing for me, and I was contacted by their finance manager that I would need to put an additional down payment down. I offered a lower down payment, and was told that I needed to put down the full amount the lender was requesting. Two weeks later I have heard nothing back from this dealership, even after I had stated that I will put the additional money down. They sent my credit application to more than 15 lenders, apparently have financing arranged for me, but will not call me back. All I have received is a long list of pulls on my credit report, no communication, and still have not purchased a vehicle that I have offered to buy at THEIR terms. Thanks Napleton's! More

Relaxing, no pressure new vehicle purchase After spending two weeks looking for a vehicle, it was great to have stumbled into Napelton's Valley Hyundai.
