Professionalism and Experienmce Service Department My wife and I are on our 2nd. Hyundai Santa Fe and fully expect our 3rd. from Napleton's located in Naperville. Buying a car can be and is stressful, My wife and I are on our 2nd. Hyundai Santa Fe and fully expect our 3rd. from Napleton's located in Naperville. Buying a car can be and is stressful, but I found purchasing a car here to be an experience that knowing the support for maintenance after the sale to be the main reason for coming back. I have the pleasure of talking to everyone in the Service Department that I came across. I found all to be courtesy and helpful regardless my needs. I would like to point out one person in particular that I have gotten to know over the years who made servicing my car easy and workable around my personal and business schedule, Mr. Tony Derka. When a need arises to bring in my car he responds immediately and insures when I arrive that my visit is quick and easy. He keeps me informed as to the progress of the maintenance either as a customer sitting in the new waiting area or calling me as I drive around in a loaner that Tony has arranged for me. As a Real Estate agent, my ability to respond to my customers is foremost in my mind when I leave my car it gives me a good feeling that Tony cares as well. To date, when I am promised my car it has always been accurate with no surprises. My wife and I feel strongly that Napleton's has treats us as part of their family. I visited every dealership from Aurora to Schaumburg and kept coming back here because of the great customer service experience I had with Goran. It paid off because I found the perfect car for me! Goran was so helpful and great about following up on my search without being too pushy, and worked so hard to find a vehicle that would fit my very specific wants and needs. I could not be happier with the customer service I have received here and the great deal I got on my car. I have since had to bring my car back to the service center for maintenance, and that experience was a breeze too! After my wonderful experience with Napleton's Valley Hyundai and Goran, I know I will never go anywhere else when I am in the market for a vehicle! More

2015 Hyundai Sonata Two weeks after the purchase I realize the passenger door handle wasn't working correctly and the passenger seat was showing the foam under the cover Two weeks after the purchase I realize the passenger door handle wasn't working correctly and the passenger seat was showing the foam under the cover of the seat. They told me the seat fabric is normal, all of the Sonata's that I saw don't have this showing. I contacted my salesman straight away, had service check the car out, Greg in service ordered a new handle, and then found it wasn't the handle, it was a defective part under the dashboard, we left the car in for service. My salesman got a loaner car for me right away, they said it was going to take a while to find the problem, so they kept the car over night. The next day the car was fixed, all good there. I made a comment over and over to keep my car clean in and out. On the passenger side top of the dashboard there were scratches and marks, not sure how the mechanic did this, I just know this was the area where they had to remove the part from. Being the top of the dashboard is a rubber like substance, it will have these marks for the duration of the time I own the car and hope the passenger seat doesn't get worse looking. I contacted Steve my salesman right away, he and a porter tried to fix the issue concerning the dashboard, but could not, this is a new car, and now to me there is no new car feeling. I do trust service with their work, I just wish that they were a bit more careful with taking car of the interior of the car. Steve Cree did offer to have the interior shop correct the marks on the dashboard. I will take him up on that. More
