Steve was patient with me finding a car, and when we found what I was looking for, Steve had me drive the car, and then he spent quit some time showing me all of the features that the car has. I have never had a salesman do so much work from start to finish of a purchase for a car like this. Steve gave me his contact number, and said call me any time with questions or concerns I may have, he was very adamant about it. This is what you call Excellent Service! During the purchase, the General Manager was awesome as well, he made the purchase for me very affordable,Thank you Mr. Douvas. After visiting numerous car dealerships over the course of a month, I was exhausted and frustrated with the whole process of buying or possibly leasin After visiting numerous car dealerships over the course of a month, I was exhausted and frustrated with the whole process of buying or possibly leasing a new car and finding one I liked all around that fit my budget. Upon arriving at Hyundai, I was warmly greeted as soon as my husband and I pulled into the parking lot by Brandon Miller. Right away I could sense his down-to-Earth, inviting demeanor and introduced myself and then proceeded to tell him my story about what led me to pursuing a new car and specifically, Hyundai. Brian listened intently and empathetically and ensured me that he would work to get me the best deal for my trade-in and new car. After a first visit on a Friday evening, we were able to test drive the 2015 Santa Fe Sport, which I fell in love with immediately! We set up an appointment to return a week later and took another test drive and ended up leaving that day with a lease for a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and they matched my trade-in price quote from CarMax! Very warm, welcoming, polite environment and it truly was a no-pressure experience, unlike the many other dealerships I have been to. Brandon gave us the time and space we needed to think over our decision and did not harass us with annoying phone calls, unlike all the other dealerships I'd been to. I went to Napelton's Valley Hyundai looking to buy a Genesi What a waste of my time, truly the most upsetting, humiliating and eye opening experience. I went to Napelton's Valley Hyundai looking to buy a Genesis Coupe for my son, all I asked for were simple things, here is my 2012 Accord that I will be trading in, give me a value and tell me how long will it take to get the car that I want, the sales person I was dealing with was totally lost I guess he was new. So here comes the "sales manager" Scott Wilson, I am sorry but this man has no manners, before introducing himself like a regular human being, he started buy saying, so we are making a deal right? I guess sitting in the showroom was a waste of his time. Within 3 minutes he asked for my driver's license...... Wait, what? I still haven't got what I asked for. I told him I was going to wait to see the numbers and just as I was about to ask him to let me look at a similar car to the one I wanted he just decided to get up and walk away, wow!! I was still talking, so Mr Wilson yells at me from the middle of the showroom, "any other curve ball I should know of?" By now I am ready to get up and leave, so after a few minutes he comes back and tells me a number for my trade, I wanted to laugh, literally I wanted to laugh, I was at three other dealers during the week and got $5000 more than what he offered me, at this point I knew he just wanted me to leave, I guess he assumed I wasn't serious, then Scott looks at me and asks, so what you say? So I asked him for my key, which he brought back to me immediately at any point in time he offered me a test drive, or asked me what was I looking to do, all he said was "well you are not giving me information I assumed you were not serious, as he walked away, excuse me! I was still talking and Scott just turned his back on me and walked away again. I got up walked up to him and I told him he was rude and disrespectful. Only when I told him I was going to write a review about my terrible experience at his dealership only then out of nowhere like a miracle he turned into a true professional, apologized and now he was interested on talking to me, having purchased no less than 20 cars in my life, by far this was the worst experience ever, this guy Scott Wilson was quick to prejudge and profile, I love cars and don't pride myself on being a tough negotiator, if I like the car I buy it, I did tell him to change his ways, in this day and age you never know who are you talking to, not because somebody is wearing a baseball cap and doesn't want to hand over personal information, means that they are not serious buyers, I guess if you don't do as Scott wants, you are not worthy of his time, I still can't belive that there are still people like this guy. Not even worthy of one star, good thing for me a 30 minute ride to another Hyundai store took care of the problem, they made me an unbelievable deal and I was treated like my satisfaction was all that matter to them. By the way I got $17000 for my trade not the $12000 Scott offered me. If you don't want to be hustled and treaded according to your appearance, save yourself the agriviation and avoid Napelton's Valley Hyundai at all cost. New dealer same old school tactics! More
