Has more technology than any of the Lexus or Mercedes vehicles and the car rides wonderfully. Best decision we made and saved us a huge amount of money. Napleton was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. I would go back to buy another tomorrow. Our sales person Boris was very helpful, George gave us two excellent lessons on how to use all this stuff and was very patient and did a super job on explaining the systems. Can't recommend them enough. More

Mistreated Customer My husband and I came into this dealership after having multiple phone calls throughout the day with the BDC Manage, Sunainna Shamsuddin. During the course of these conversations we came to an agreed upon price. I called back several times to absolutely make sure that we all were in agreement. I told her I was disabled and would be coming in with 3 little kids after my husband got home from work. I told her we would buy the car that day. I was told by Su to come in and speak to the GM, James Douvas, because he is the one who gave the OK for the price and would help us out. I then called James and left a message for him to call me back so I could confirm all this. Su called back in lieu of James and again assured me that the price was agreed upon for the model we wanted. When we arrived with our 3 little kids in tow, the old bait and switch game began. Jimmy, the GM, passed us off to a salesman who then tried to tell us the price we agreed upon was for a different model. I assured him it was not. He then came back with Su's notes and agreed with me. Next he disappeared for about 10 minutes. Jimmy then came over and told us he had listened to tapes of my conversations with Su (I was never notified I was being recorded) and that I asked for a different model. When I told him that he was mistaken, he turned his back on my husband and myself and summarily dismissed us. Just walked away mid sentence. We left with our mouths hanging open in shock wondering what had just happened. At which point I went back in to speak with James. I was the only customer in the place and he pretended not to see me. When I did get his attention, I asked him to call Su so we could get to the bottom of this. He told me he couldn't because she was at the Mosque. Then I asked him to play the tapes of the phone calls out loud so we could both hear the conversations. He refused and told me he doesn't have to do business with someone who questions him. It is his right to deny to sell my a car. He was so rude and loud. Yelling at me in front of all the salesmen. I left the place in tears because I have never been treated like this in my entire life! The ironic part is that we needed a car that day. Planned to buy a car that day. Wanted it all agreed upon ahead of time because we had our 3 little kids with us. We only called this dealership because we wanted to give our local dealership the business. And this is what happens! So we left this dealership and drove to the next dealership where we proceeded to buy the car at the agreed upon price. No haggles. No games. Just wrote up the paperwork and we were on our way with the car. I will tell everyone I can about the poor experience I had at this dealership. Consider yourself warned! Stay away! More

Bought a used Genesis Coupe for almost $20k and noticed it had a cracked bumper from what looked like a fender-bender. The service & sales manager both agreed they would completely fix the damage. It has now been 1-month and I still don't have the car. I have been back to the dealership 3 TIMES after receiving a phone call that the car is ready only to notice the same damage still there (this last time there was even a new scratch that Bob Jackson - sales manager - agreed was not there before.). At this point, it has been a month, several hours of commute back/forth and still no car. They told me today that 'hopefully' within the next week.... What a nightmare... PS - To show appreciation for my many wasted hours and heartburn, they offered ONE free oil change.... However, after reading the reviews for their oil changes on YELP, I think I'll pass... More

Jon David my sales person greeted me and my wife right away, he asked us the right questions and landed us on the perfect car. 2014 brand new Elantra!!! I highly recommend buying the car, but if you are going to buy any car I recommend buying it from Jon David. The man with two first names is not only "handsome" -according to my wife...but the guy is full of energy, he"s witty, and funnier then most comedians I've seen. That being said he has a true passion for sales and providing excellent customer service. Your hard work and dedication is what provoked me to write this review. More
