I didn't have to sit there for hours while he went "back and forth" with his manager (this was the experience that I got at another dealership) nor did he try to sell me something that I didn't want. He is also very knowledgeable and didn't have to consult anyone on the questions that I had about the car (again, noting my experience at the another dealership). Overall, it was a great, quick experience and I love my new car. The price still amazes me, especially for a pre-certified vehicle AND it came with great all weather tires! Thank you so much!!! More

Has more technology than any of the Lexus or Mercedes vehicles and the car rides wonderfully. Best decision we made and saved us a huge amount of money. Napleton was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. I would go back to buy another tomorrow. Our sales person Boris was very helpful, George gave us two excellent lessons on how to use all this stuff and was very patient and did a super job on explaining the systems.
