This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was so polite and considerate. They made sure you left paying what you planned on paying. He gave his opinion and when I was struggling to decide which vehicle to buy, he drew out a comparison chart and asked me what I was looking for and what the most important features were for me to have in a car. After I decided, I was given an offer, but I gave what I wanted to pay and it was accepted. The GM came out to introduce himself and to congratulate me on my new purchase. To finish off I worked with Derek Urban and he walked us through the process and all the paperwork. What a great team! The price I was offered over the internet did seem “too good to be true” but they stood behind it. No last minute “snags” or misunderstandings. The whole time they were genuine, courteous and even friendly. I’ve been a customer facing individual for many years so I understand how to work with customers. I’m still amazed at the VIP treatment. It took the GM, Jim Douvas, to make this happen the way it did. It was reassuring to experience such honesty, friendliness, and responsiveness in business. My family and friends are wowed by the car, but I speak to them about the folks at Napleton. They gave us a deal and a feeling we’ll not soon forget. More

However, I wanted to take a moment and talk about the sales associate that had been assisting me--his name is Michael Gaddy. Mike was great--friendly, knowledgeable, and eager for my business without being too pushy or aggressive. I returned to the dealership time and time again for test drive after test drive in order to make up my mind and Michael was there to help in every way. I can't tell you how disappointed I was that I wasn't able to buy from Michael as he surely deserved the sale, but like I said, I just wasn't in love with the only car they had.
