My words can not fully express how happy I am with the purchase of my 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis from this dealership. I have always been uncomfortable with the prospect of buying cars from sales reps. at dealerships, but from the moment I met Bob Jackson, I felt at ease. He fully answered all questions I had so courteously and professionally that I felt like I was dealing with a friend, not a salesperson. I had the feeling that he was on my side in the deal. When inspecting the car, there was a spot where the paint had been scuffed off the rear bumper, and a dash part. He assured me that they both would be replaced before delivery, and they were. The paint on the bumper was matched so well, there is no way of telling (outstanding for an 11 year old car). Everyone at the dealership seemed to go all out to see that I was happy with my purchase, right down to the lady who worked out the paperwork with me. Mr. Jackson has checked back with me on two occasions to see if I am still happy with my purchase. I have continued to look at comparable cars online and have been unable to find anything that comes close to the deal I got on this car. What more could I want! I would not hesitate to recomend Bob Jackson and Napleton's Valley Hundai. I have already recommended them to a friend in the market for a new Hyundai because I know, from my experience that he will be treated right. You can't help but see that customer service is of the upmost importance at this dealer. More

This is my 5th car purchase of life, and by far, the best ever experience! I must credit it to Kris Bussey, who is the best there is. Kris identified what my requirements were, did not waste my time with any unnecessary details or sales talk, satisfactorily answered all my questions, and made this a memorable car-buying experience. I cannot believe that he was the only person at the dealership I got to literally talk about the car. The manager had to just come in and introduce himself, and the finance expert, Rafael, also was with us for just about five minutes. Kris gave us a great price and made sure we got the perfect car we wanted with all the options we desired. Its been almost a week and I am very happy with my elantra so far! I went to Napleton's Valley Hyundai in Aurora for a new car purchase today. First of all this dealership is FIRST CLASS! The showroom is incredible, very high end feel to it. (I have had over 20 cars i new car purchase today. First of all this dealership is FIRST CLASS! The showroom is incredible, very high end feel to it. (I have had over 20 cars in my life and many of the "high end" makes as well.) As I walked up someone opened up the front door and greeted me. I was promptly met with a sales associate named Ryan Fordan. He asked why I was there and how could he help. After explaining my needs and my current situation he recommended a Sonata Hybrid. This car is beautiful! After gathering some of my information we were on our way. He spoke with me as a person and I did not feel pressured or like I was being "sold" something. I was trading a car in and at this point they took a look at my car. They came back and to my surprise they gave me a better deal than I anticipated. I have always felt like I was being robbed when trading cars in. I did NOT feel like this today! What a relief. After picking out the exact car I was looking, for they took it back get get it cleaned up, although it seemed fine just as it was! During the process the General Manager Steve Gjokaj came by and introduced himself and asked how everything was going. I told him everything was going very well. He was very professional and made me feel like a VIP. He asked how I heard about this dealership and why I chose to come here. (Because I live about 45 minutes from there.) I told him a friend of mine recommended I go there as he also had a great experience! Steve even made sure that Ryan had given me a thorough orientation of the car, which he already had done! I bought my last car at Patrick Hyundai and had a very good experience there, but this was a step up from there. Now I was off to see Derek Urban in the finance department. THIS WAS THE MOST PAINLESS PROCESS EVER! I signed all the papers and I was on my way just like that. Oh! and as I walked out, there was my new car just waiting for me at the VERY front of the front doors. Obviously, I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend this dealership to all!
