I found just the Hybrid Hyundai Tucson I wanted at Napleton's. They, of course, had the vehicle offered on their web site at MSRP pricing. I was doing my car shopping online Since I live 2 hours away. The sales person that responded to my email inquiries was nothing but polite and friendly. There was a sales manager that called me and spoke with me about the car I wished to purchase and he told me that they would add $ 5,000 to the MSRP as a "market rate adjustment". There was absolutely no mention of this on their web site, as I have seen on other sites. Besides that, the Napleton adjustment was twice what I have seen at only a few other dealers in the area....but they are up front about it on their web site. I initially contacted Napleton's as we had a very pleasant experience there when we purchased my wife's 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. Whoever the manager was that contacted me reminded me as to why car dealers and sales people are viewed so negatively. The person who responded to my emails was Batoul Hamad. This person was nothing but polite, professional and as helpful as they could be. The manager that called me ......not so much. He is why people dislike car sales people. Can I give less than a 1 star rating? More
