I have been a new car customer of Hyundai since 2000. I have purchased 3 Elantras and a Santa Fe, and all my sales experiences have all been good. The problem I have is with the poor service approach Napleton has taken. I brought a car in for service recently, and I was forced to about wait 1/2 an hour outside in my car while service associates did little to move the line of cars dropped off before mine. Shortly after my wife made the appointment for service last week, she got a call from someone at Napleton who advised there was a special oil change and tire rotation offered for $49.00. When I mentioned this to the Service Associate, he had no idea what I was talking about and thought it might be a coupon. It was no coupon, it was an offer made on the phone by someone at Napleton. When she called back to speak with someone about the offer, the phone essentially rang off the hook with no answer. On her second call, she asked to speak with the service department. The service associate said he knew nothing of the the deal. They said she should speak with someone else...who would that be, I wonder, because they did not refer her, they just said you'll need to talk to someone else. Dropping a car for service should be quick and easy, but your people take a cavalier attitude toward the convenience of their customers. It is fortunate Hyundai makes a good product that rarely needs service (in my experience), but when service is needed, I think I will go elsewhere. More

This is my third car bought from this dealership and I can honestly say they have the best sales team in the area. No pressure, just honest human interaction without the runs around.
