First oil change and supposed tire rotation Well, I went in for my first oil and filter change w/ tire rotation. So i called first to confirm if what type of service it was called and how much i Well, I went in for my first oil and filter change w/ tire rotation. So i called first to confirm if what type of service it was called and how much it would cost. I spoke with someone from service and was told it was called a Service 1. Which was the oil change and and tire rotation and it would cost $99. So i asked was an appointment necessary. And was told no, please come on in. So I get there and Michael P greets me and ask the reason for my visit. I tell him what I was there for he said no problem and guides me to the waiting room. after about 45mins he comes and get me and tells me I'm ready and there's no charge. So at that point I'm quite satified with that news and thanks him and leave. On this morning i go out to my vehicle and notice the tires had not been rotated. Now I'm upset and checking the other services that were to be performed. Not happy. Open the hood to find the washed fluid cap open, oil apparently spilled all over the filler neck area and not cleaned up on my new engine. Oil level was literally low ( quart and a half). I had a flat tire and luckily the Napleton Valley Hyundai dealership had the tire in stock. I was able to get the new tire put on that same evening even without, of course, having a prior appointment since dealership had the tire in stock. The service manager Mike P. took great care of me, making certain my wait was comfortable and relaxing in this stressful situation. He is a real asset to that dealership! Mike gets a 10 in my rating.
