I went in for a basic oil change o It’s no wonder why Napleton Valley Hyundai was voted #1 Hyundai dealership in the Midwest, they truly are the best! I went in for a basic oil change on a Tucson SEL I had recently purchased a yr ago and ended up walking out with a brand new 2020 Hyundai Tucson Limited thanks to Nizar, Oliver, and Aneisha! I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle but when I received a call day of my service asking if I would be interested in trading in my current vehicle for a newer one I couldn’t pass on the opportunity. Nizar my sales advisor and Oliver Sales manager took care of me from the moment I walked in. I told them exactly what I wanted and without hesitation they worked relentlessly to make it happen! I didn’t think it would be possible for me to upgrade to the Tucson limited but Nizar and Ole made it their mission to make any calls necessary to make sure I got it and most importantly for the price I needed! Again special thanks Nizar and Ole For going above and beyond. This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from this location. Superior Service A couple of days ago I had the oil changed on my sonata at Bartels in Plainfield. The next day my car was making a knocking noise and it kept getting A couple of days ago I had the oil changed on my sonata at Bartels in Plainfield. The next day my car was making a knocking noise and it kept getting louder and louder. I was afraid to drive it so after work today I went to Napleton's and Mike Petrasek (Service Manager) and Tech Jim (sorry Jim I don't know your last name) took care of me. They figured out the problem (Bartels did not properly tighten the lug nuts on 2 of my tires) Jim went the extra mile to take each tire off and check to make sure there was no damage and put everything back together the right way! Thank you so much Jim and Mike!! I will not take my car anywhere else except Napleton's from now on! I don't want to even think of what could have happened if I didn't stop here tonight! More

Very expensive inspection I have few issue with my car and when i told they said for ever issue to inspect they charge $160. I never heard this kind of inspection. And finally they come up with one is a valid issue with big estimate where as my local certified mechanic just charged me 25% of that quote Hyundai gave me...Very upset paying $320 just for inspection..
