Thinking the battery was no covered. James advised me that there going to run some checks. Only to find out that that battery was covered under VW warranty. He replaces it and set my heart at ease. It wasn’t because I got a new free battery why I give it 5 stars. It’s because outstanding customer service James provided that made me rate this the highest I could.
