Had a tire problem One of my new tires from Napletons developed an annoying slow leak and I had to get it fixed in a hurry. Enter one Christian Cortez, the service manager, and he had my problematic tire repaired [ nail removed ] and plugged in 15 minutes. I have always found the service and friendly reception excellent and that on top of having purchased a VW Jetta from this dealership which has been a top vehicle. More

Great service, great products This is our second Jetta purchased from here. They stand behind their products and give great service. They replaced the air conditioner even though it was just out of the warranty. Our last Jetta gave us 12 years of service and almost 160,000 miles. I have owned two VW's in the UK before moving to the USA and I highly recommend them More

Invoice Charges resolved satisfactorily Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford, Florida - Service Center ---------------------------------------------------------------------- On June-15-15 I Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford, Florida - Service Center ---------------------------------------------------------------------- On June-15-15 I had my car towed to Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford - Service Center. After it was serviced and when I was given the invoice, I noticed that the charges might need another look at. Two weeks later (Jun-24-15) I requested to talk to the Service Manager, Mr. Jay Dunbar (Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford - Service Center) and explained to him what I thought it was wrong with the Invoice. He listened to me without interrupting and not only he was very courteous, but he understood my concern and resolved the matter to both of our satisfaction. When I left his office I felt very grateful and I said to myself: "This is why I've been a longtime Proud Member of the Volkswagen Family". Thanks, Jay! Francis More

The 3rd time here for the same issue I am now back for the same window issue, the part was ordered I waited an hour and half get into the car and the window is still broke. This was service on my 2014 Passat Service was outstanding and service personnel were very helpful. Car interior got extremely hot while parked & locked during a 99 degree day. I b Service was outstanding and service personnel were very helpful. Car interior got extremely hot while parked & locked during a 99 degree day. I burnt my finger pushing the starting button then attempted to turn on the window washer with the near melted handle and it broke lose. They ordered the part and replaced it. Thank you. More

Really! My beetle service light is on once again, I have less than 7,000 miles. Volkswagen or Napleton will no be on my list when this lease is up.
